A&S Culinary Concepts

We will be preparing and smoking Brisket, Boneless Pork Butt, Saint Louis Ribs and whole Chicken. Enjoy breakfast and coffee prepared by the Chefs. This is when we will discuss what will happen later that afternoon. Take a break for a few hours and plan to be back and ready to work at 3:00 PM. We will then work together to prepare some wonderful fresh salads (we will see what the farms have available), creative versions of macaroni and cheese, and various delicious roasted vegetables. Then it will be time to put the chickens on the Big Green Eggs. Set up for our dinner
